Diana Williams
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Diana has worked her way through ValleyLink to become a leading force within the company. Today, Diana’s focus remains steadfast on spearheading ValleyLink’s expansion initiatives and leading projects that leverage updated technology and advanced connections for consumers, including NetLink. Since joining the ValleyLink company, Diana has increased sales by 25% across all services and products.
Before joining the ValleyLink Communications team, Diana honed her skills and expertise as the head of technology for Comcast, where she collaborated with industry professionals to champion cybersecurity and safety solutions. Her move to Baltimore in 2005 marked the beginning of her transformative journey with ValleyLink, where her contributions to research and development significantly enhanced the company’s capabilities.
Earning her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Virginia laid the groundwork for Diana’s success, which she further enhanced with a master’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland. These academic achievements, coupled with her innate leadership abilities, positioned her for rapid advancement with ValleyLink. Diana resides in Baltimore, Maryland where she lives with her husband, Karl, and daughter, Nina.
Lynn Smith
Director of Administration
Lynn Smith serves as the Head of Administration at ValleyLink Communications, overseeing the company's administrative functions with precision and efficiency. With a proven track record in organizational management and strategic planning, Lynn plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Before joining ValleyLink, Lynn held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies–including notable organizations such as McKesson and Microsoft–where she implemented innovative administrative processes and fostered a culture of collaboration and excellence. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results have been instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency at ValleyLink.
Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University and has completed executive education programs in organizational leadership and change management. When she isn’t working at ValleyLink, Lynn fulfills her other passions of swimming and gardening. She also enjoys spending quality time with her two dogs, Roxy and Kelis in her Towson, Maryland home.
Pete Hamilton
Director of Technology
Pete Hamilton leads the charge in driving technological innovation and advancement as the Director of Technology at ValleyLink Communications.
With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, Pete has a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance network performance and reliability.
Before his time at ValleyLink Communications, Pete held pivotal senior positions at leading technology firms, Dell Technologies and Arrow Electronics. There, he led the charge in developing next-generation infrastructure and pioneered advancements in data security and network optimization.
Pete’s academic journey began at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Building upon this strong foundation, he later pursued a master’s degree in engineering and cybersecurity from Carnegie Mellon University, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
Pete’s visionary leadership and deep understanding of emerging technologies, such as 5G and cloud computing, have positioned ValleyLink Communications at the forefront of the industry. Residing in Olney, Maryland, Pete finds a balance between his professional endeavors and family life with his wife and two children.
Alexandra Hale
Director of Sales & Marketing
Alexandra Hale serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at ValleyLink Communications, where she leads the company's efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach. With a passion for brand building and customer engagement, Alexandra develops and executes innovative strategies to position ValleyLink as a leader in the telecommunications industry. Her creative approach to storytelling and her ability to connect with audiences on an emotional level has been instrumental in enhancing ValleyLink's brand visibility and driving customer loyalty
Before joining ValleyLink, Alexandra held senior marketing roles at Apple and Chevron, where she developed integrated marketing campaigns and drove customer acquisition initiatives.
Alexandra holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Columbia University and has completed executive education programs in digital marketing and brand management She currently lives with her husband and two sons in their home just outside of Columbia, Maryland.
Marcus Langley
VP of Client Services
Marcus Langley serves as the Vice President of Client Services at ValleyLink Communications, where his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction drives the company’s success. With a focus on fostering enduring relationships and delivering unparalleled support, Marcus plays a pivotal role in ensuring that ValleyLink consistently exceeds client expectations.
Before joining ValleyLink, Marcus held senior positions in client services at leading telecommunications firms such as Verizon Communications and Teleperformance, where he developed and implemented client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention. His ability to anticipate client needs and his commitment to delivering personalized solutions have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, he has also completed executive education programs focused on client relationship management and service excellence, further enhancing his skill set and strategic capabilities. Today, he lives with his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Stacy, along with their dog, a labrador named Chuck.
